Terms and conditions for Unlimited Strides Membership

Unlimited Strides MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT-3 month commitment.

This contract made between the client and FIT4MOM Alpine Rancho San Diego, CA will make a 3 month commitment to pay $79 a month for 3 months and as provided in the initial 10 day cancellation policy below, may be terminated by either party with the proper advance notice that’s listed below. Once clients 3 month trial is over the client then will be on a month to month membership for $79 a month. This membership allows you to attend unlimited Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre/Strides 360/ Body Boost classes at Alpine/Rancho San Diego locations.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT

I authorize FIT4MOM Alpine Rancho San Diego, CA to initiate a charge to the credit card number entered into Front Desk for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I have cancelled my membership through the FIT4MOM Alpine Rancho San Diego franchise owner. I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with Stroller Strides to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. Dues will be drawn monthly from the account on file on the day of the month when the membership was started. The processing date for debit cards may vary due to banking procedures. If charges are returned they will be subject to a return fee of $25. Members are responsible for updating their card information online. Members may not attend class who have unpaid balances. If a membership remains unpaid it will be cancelled after a week.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel this membership, the member must contact the FIT4MOM franchise owner 10 days prior to their next payment due date to request a cancellation. No refunds will be given for dues already paid. If members wishes to cancel membership before their 3 months is done, set client will pay $49 cancellation fee for canceling before the 3 month mark. Clients who cancel after they have completed their 3 months can cancel for FREE as long as they let the owner know 10 days before payment due date. If client fails to let owner know 10 days prior to payment due date, client will still have to pay full membership and their next upcoming bill can be canceled then. Client is responsible for knowing when their payment is due and for knowing when it is 10 days out for their payment. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the Alpine & Rancho San Diego franchise. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged the full registration fee.

HOLD POLICY

Memberships may be held a maximum of 3 months per hold period. Hold starts will coincide with the next billing date and can end on any day of the month. When a hold period is ended, the monthly auto payments will resume on the return date. There will be a $25 processing fee charged to your credit card on file for the hold period.

INITIAL 10-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the tenth (10th) calendar day after you have signed this agreement. To cancel this agreement, written notice must be received to taylorghanavati@fit4mom.com within the initial ten Calendar days. You are responsible for paying for the classes already attended.
